Ordering Process

1. Choose which menu is best for your requirement.

2. Check Dietary Requirements
Please check to find out if any of the people you are ordering for have any particular dietary requirements.
You can see what diets we cater for by going to our Dietary Requirements page.
3. Special Labelling Requests
We can label individual meals with specific peoples name should you wish to direct a certain product to a certain person, in the case of allergy sufferers for example, its useful to make sure nobody else takes their food by mistake if a separate meal has been ordered.
We can also label all products with a certain message or reference name. Find out more.
3. Delivery Area
Please make sure we deliver to your area, check our Delivery Area page to see a list of towns.
Please note this is a general guide meant for the average size orders and regularity.
If you have a larger order, we will travel further and make special arrangements outside of the norm.

4. Lead Times
Make sure you are ordering with the correct amount of notice. See our Lead Times page.
5. Delivery Details

Min Order Quantities - All menus will state the minimum ordering quantities.
Delivery Times/Windows - See when we deliver and ensure you state a 'Latest Time Of Arrival' on your order.
Cool Box Delivery - We can deliver in cold boxes.
Delivery/Handling Charge - All orders incur a small charge for handling and delivery.
6. Emailing Your Order To Us & Order Confirmation
Please send your orders to us by sending a normal written email.

Ensure you receive an email confirmation or the order may not be received.

7. Packaging Disposal
Most of our packaging has been designed to be recycled or collected for re-use. Its all mostly made from recycled materials and much of it is also biodegradable.

8. Invoicing & Payment
We send out invoices once a week by email.

All first orders must be paid by credit card or bacs in advance.
