You may have certain rules in place due to covid and need to follow social distancing guidelines in the work place. If so individual meals may be the best option as these can be spread out with space between for people to collect or internally delivered to each person(s) in different rooms to reduce people traffic. Alternatively you may not have such rules and want to offer a greater choice so a buffet is perfect.
