Executive Lunch - Individual & Executive Lunch - Buffet
A range of sandwiches, fruit, crisps, cakes, savory items and speciality platters delivered either as individual plated lunches or on sharing platters as a buffet. These are of a higher grade than the standard menus and presentation and quality is excellent. All special diets catered for.
What are the menu types?
Individual & Buffet
We have a range of executive menus for lunch & breakfast. And these can be ordered as individual portions so each person will have their own platter OR as a buffet where the food is sent on sharing platters.
Lunch > Executive Lunch - Individual (4 different platter sizes small to large)
Executive Lunch - Buffet (7 different menu sizes small to large)
Breakfast > Executive Breakfast - Individual (6 different box sizes small to large)
Executive Breakfast - Buffet (6 different menu sizes small to large)

Whats the difference between individual & buffet menus?
Individual: On the Executive Lunch - Individual & Executive Breakfast - Individual menus:
Each platter has 1 item of each type listed in the menu. So each person has all their own items on one platter, no need for any cross mixing, just take a platter.
All food products are unwrapped on the platters and there are no internal wrappings. Once the lids are off, the food is open to the air but the lids can be quickly replaced. Serving tongs and cutlery can be provided where required.
The individual lunch platters are better for social distancing and serving as the platters can be laid out with distance between them or even split up into different areas/rooms altogether.
You could even internally deliver them to each recipient in different locations in a building to avoid a gathering at one central pick up / serving point.
Buffet: On the Executive Lunch - Buffet & Executive Breakfast - Buffet menus:
All food products are unwrapped on the platters and there are no internal wrappings. Once the lids are off, the food is open to the air but the lids can be quickly replaced. Serving tongs and cutlery can be provided where required.
Like items are grouped together so all the sandwiches on one platter, the fruit on another, crisps on another etc, so people can choose what they want.
This option allows for greater choice for each person since they can choose anything so variety and quantities are better controlled.
It is harder to achieve social distancing since everyone must gather at one central serving point but you could alleviate this with a staggered serving time.
What food products are on the platters?
The sandwiches:
Are made with a variety of breads, granary, white, sundried tomato bread, herb & onion bread, olive & pesto bread. Fillings vary daily. They are cut into triangles and plated up with garnish.
The crisps:
We send these on little side platters.
The fruit:
Either a fresh fruit platter, pots or soft whole fruits.
The cakes:
Vary on a daily basis.
The savory items:
Vary on a daily basis. On individual lunch platters which contain a savory, it will be appropriate to the version of that platter so meat versions will have a meat savory, vegi boxes a vegi etc. On the buffet menu, we send a selection of both meat & vegi so everyone has a choice.
The speciality platters:
Vary on a daily basis. On individual lunch platters which contain a speciality platter, it will be appropriate to the version of that platter so meat versions will have a meat one, vegi boxes a vegi etc. On the buffet menu, we send a selection of both meat & vegi so everyone has a choice.
Features
Presentation & Packaging
Executive menus are presented on black platters with clear lids. The platters are made from recycled materials and can themselves be placed into the recycling stream at your end.
All our executive lunch menu products are made to strict and documented specifications so we can guarantee a consistently high level of quality and presentation.
Variation
Automatic menu variation when ordered for multiple days- takes the stress out of ordering for you.
You can make up your own set menu which we will make just for you each time.
You can make up to 5 menus- we will give you menu codes to quote when ordering.
Ordering
You can order up to 11:00 for the next day or up to 14:00 for any other date.
Deliveries are generally made between 10:45 and 13:30, for times outside of this, please check with our bookings team.
Your order will arrive at the time you request or just before.
You are welcome to call or email on the day for an estimated time for delivery.
Cool Box delivery
The platters can be delivered in an Ice Box, this will keep the food cold for up to 6 hours so you can keep your items chilled right up until you are ready to serve, and then they have a 4 hour life at room temperature, allowing you to have a staggered serving time. You could even keep some items chilled for a second serving should you have staggered serving times in place due to new rules.
